Running Back ~ Natural World

I’m loving the quiet mornings, where I can relax and have my “down time”.  My impetus seems to be based on the track of the sun throughout the day.  Realizing more and more how humans have strayed far from their place in the natural world.  I look forward to the coming months as the earth continues it’s circle around the sun and the days get shorter until the Winter Solstice in December.  Then, we strive to put more light in our surroundings by lighting candles and putting up lights.   I am finding that if I play soothing music, it helps my sensory status remains fluid and steady, in fact, I keep it on all day.
